Question 1

What makes Green Hub products different?

Accepted Answer

We focus on genuine fertilizers, composts, seeds, grow bags and plant care essentials — clear labels, honest guidance, and products chosen for Pakistani gardens and small farms.

Question 2

How do I choose the right fertilizer?

Accepted Answer

Match the product to your plants and growth stage. Leafy greens often need balanced NPK; flowering and fruiting plants may need different ratios. Check the product page for dosage and use tips.

Question 3

Can I use compost with fertilizer?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Compost builds soil structure and organic matter; fertilizer feeds nutrients. Many growers use both — compost in the soil, fertilizer as directed on the label.

Question 4

Which products suit balcony or kitchen gardens?

Accepted Answer

Grow bags, compact composts, vegetable seeds and lighter fertilizers work well in small spaces. Start with soil quality, then feed and water consistently.

Question 5

When will I see plant results?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the crop, season and starting soil. Healthier colour and growth often show within weeks of steady care — not overnight miracles.

Question 6

Are fertilizers and pesticides safe to handle?

Accepted Answer

Follow the label: wear gloves where advised, keep products away from children and pets, and never mix chemicals unless the label says you can. Ask us if a dosage instruction is unclear.

Question 7

Do you sell organic options?

Accepted Answer

We stock composts, organic-leaning soil amendments and plant care options where available. Read each product page for composition and use guidance.

Question 8

Can beginners shop Green Hub?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Pick a clear starting kit — compost plus seeds or a simple fertilizer — and grow from there. Our FAQ and product pages keep instructions plain.

Question 9

How fast do you ship in Pakistan?

Accepted Answer

We usually pack within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, expect roughly 3–7 business days depending on your city and courier.

Question 10

What does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

Rates show at checkout. As a guide: Punjab around Rs. 200, other provinces around Rs. 300.

Question 11

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes, for select destinations. Delivery can take 10–21 business days after dispatch; duties may apply locally.

Question 12

Can I track my parcel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You will get tracking by SMS and/or email when the courier collects your order. Our track-order page helps once you have a link.

Question 13

What if something arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

Email us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We resolve genuine faults, leaks and courier damage fairly.

Question 14

How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

Whatever you see at checkout — cards, bank transfer, or cash on delivery where we offer it. Options can change by campaign.

Question 15

When am I charged?

Accepted Answer

Cards and prepay methods are charged when you complete checkout. COD is collected on delivery according to courier rules.

Question 16

Is my payment data safe?

Accepted Answer

Payments run through trusted partners. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Question 17
