Before it leaves us
Most orders pack and ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, minus holidays). Busy drops might add a day — we will tell you.
Across Pakistan
After dispatch, expect roughly 3–7 business days depending on your city and route. Remote areas may need a bit longer.
Fair and visible
Your total shows at checkout. Guide: Punjab ~Rs. 200, other provinces ~Rs. 300.
Stay in the loop
When the courier collects your plant care order, you get tracking by SMS and/or email. First scan can take up to 24 hours.
Coverage
Where we ship abroad, expect about 10–21 business days after dispatch. Duties and taxes are usually yours unless we say otherwise for your country. Not every product ships everywhere — we will refund or adjust if we cannot fulfill your address.
Exceptions
Weather, customs, and courier volume happen. Wrong address? Double-check at checkout — returns to us may need a reship fee. Damaged or missing pieces? Email within 48 hours with photos; we fix real problems quickly.
