Our Standards
We use careful, qualified language on product pages. This page explains how we source, what we can substantiate, and where to ask for documentation.

Clear, customer-first information
Quality & Trust
Green Hub is a Pakistani plant care brand. Our customers ask practical questions: Is this fertilizer genuine? Can I trust the dosage on the bag? Is this compost suitable for kitchen gardens? This page is the long answer — written so you can judge our process, not just our marketing headlines.
We do not promise miracle harvests or overnight transformations. We do promise to keep product copy aligned with what we can support through supplier documentation and clear labelling. If something on a product page feels unclear, this document is the reference — and our contact team can share certificates on request where available.
Quality & Trust
We work to stock genuine fertilizers, composts, seeds, grow bags and plant care supplies from suppliers who meet our labelling and quality expectations. Authenticity checks cover packaging integrity, batch identification where provided, and consistency with stated composition.
When a product page says a product is genuine or quality-checked, we mean it passed our intake review for that SKU generation. Scope and supplier documentation can vary by batch; ask us for the latest summary if you need it for records or retail partners.
Quality & Trust
Fertilizers and pest-control products require careful handling. We expect clear usage directions on pack and on the product page. Keep products away from children and pets, store as directed, and never mix chemicals unless the label allows it.
Ingredient or composition lists on pack and on the product page should match the current batch. If we update a listing, we update documentation at the next opportunity. Supplier certificates for current batches are available on request where we hold them.
Quality & Trust
Growth and soil-health claims use qualified wording such as “helps support” rather than guaranteed harvest language. Results change with season, watering, sunlight, soil type and consistency of use. Two gardens can use the same fertilizer and see different timelines.
We avoid guaranteed day-count promises unless we have product-specific data that supports them. Routine guidance on blogs and FAQs is educational: it helps you build a habit, not diagnose crop disease. If you have a serious pest outbreak or soil problem, check with a qualified advisor.
Quality & Trust
Individual results vary with crop, climate, watering habits, and how consistently you use the product. Many growers notice healthier colour and steadier growth before they notice yield changes. That pattern is normal.
If a product causes unexpected plant stress, stop use and simplify. Reintroduce one input at a time. Persistent crop disease needs local agronomic advice — we can share product labels and composition notes, but we cannot diagnose every field issue online.
Quality & Trust
Blog posts, FAQs, and growing guides are reviewed periodically for accuracy and tone. We update them when products, shipping policies, or common customer questions change. Customer reviews marked Verified are linked to confirmed Green Hub orders; imported or campaign testimonials are labelled so you can tell the difference.
Reviews are moderated for abuse and spam. We may lightly edit for spelling and clarity without changing the substance of the feedback. Negative reviews from verified orders are not removed solely because they are critical — they help the next shopper decide.
Quality & Trust
Need a composition note, authenticity confirmation, or clarification for a specific product? Message us with the product name and, if you have it, the batch or order number. We respond during business hours and will share what we hold for the current batch.
Retail and marketplace partners can request the same pack of documents through the contact form — please note that you are writing on behalf of a business so we can route the request correctly.
